Looking at this outfit, you may think that it is pretty blah. To define it in Lauren Conrad terms, it's pretty "matchy matchy." Other than the cute ruffles on the back of the cardigan, this outfit doesn't have any eye-catching details. While at Target a few weeks ago, I found these shoes and knew they would add the springy pop of color that I needed.
